The world ranking of the Patrician.ch 100 carries this heatmap: the effective income tax rate a single resident pays in 12 financial centers on the board, at $300K, $1M, $3M a year, from each place’s own 2026 rules.

Tel Aviv takes the most at $3M, 49%. Dubai takes 0% at $300K and 0% at $3M.

At $1M, the rates run from 0% in Monaco to 46% in Tel Aviv. The rates rise with income in 10 of the 12 and stay flat in the rest.

A progressive scale takes a larger share as income grows, which is why each row darkens to the right. The figures are for a single resident on earned income. A family, a pension or a capital gain is taxed differently, and each place’s page shows the brackets behind its row.

The full board of 100 is in the world ranking and the Keep Index, and the engine runs the same comparison on your own income, passports and family.

No. It is comparison research on published rules and figures.
