The 100 serious addresses on 6 continents, ranked for your income, your passports, and your family. 90 seconds to the answer, and an ordinary day in the city that wins.
Start anywhere on the board. Run the engine and it narrows to the few that fit your numbers.

Tap any city and the globe flies there, the section becomes the place, and your numbers for it appear. Gold arcs run from your home base to the top 3 addresses the engine picks for you.
Tap any frame to step into it.
The engine takes your income and what you hold, then orders all 100 addresses around them. Either this one holds its place and you have your answer, or a better one surfaces.

A city gets chosen on a feeling and a tax rate read on a forum. Then 5 years go into fixing a structure nobody designed. We model the whole thing at once: the jurisdiction, the passport, the entity, and the life. Because the right answer for a founder with an exit is the wrong answer for an executive on salary, and neither is the answer for a family that needs a school and a direct flight home.
Effective tax on your real numbers, not headline rates. Visa path for your actual passports. Distance to the people you love.
Mobility, time to citizenship, dual nationality, and the investment routes that still exist in 2026.
Personal, operating company, holding, or trust. The architecture that survives an exit, a move, and a change of government.
The school run, the water at 7am, the cost of an ordinary day. The part every spreadsheet forgets and every family remembers.
Move a slider and the world reorders itself. Every ranking is computed live from your inputs. Tap any city to see an ordinary day there.
Enter your actual position, not a rounded one. The dossier is computed from exactly these figures, so an approximate income or exit gives you an answer about someone else.
Pick none and the whole board is ranked. Pick one or more and the ranking is scored against those addresses only, so the spread comes back.
What an annual wealth tax would be levied on, alongside whatever the exit leaves. Leave it at zero and no wealth tax is modeled.
How long you expect to stay. An exit and the charge for leaving happen once, income and wealth tax repeat every year, so the horizon changes which of them decides the answer.

Every figure in this table is computed on the income, exit, assets, passports and household you set above. The Dossier takes the same 3 and writes the decision, including the questions to put to counsel before you sign.

Build this into my dossier →Model note. Income tax uses a simplified marginal model on indicative 2026 headline brackets. For a US passport the floor is the 2026 federal table from IRS Revenue Procedure 2025-32, joint if you are married and single otherwise, which is the only place filing status is applied. It ignores social contributions, most deductions and treaties, and outside that floor it files everyone as a single taxpayer, so the joint treatment available in France, Germany and Portugal is not applied and a married reader keeps more there than this shows. Special regimes are flagged, not applied. US citizens carry US federal tax as a floor wherever they live. Where a jurisdiction levies an annual wealth tax it is applied, at the indicative 2026 top rate, to the assets you entered plus what the exit leaves after capital gains, and carried across the horizon you choose. Leave assets at zero and no wealth tax is modeled. The charge for leaving your home base is applied to the exit where one exists, and the French charge is shown as deferred for a destination inside the EU or the EEA, which is the only deferral that depends on where you go. A partner's passport is scored as a dependant or family route, never as a walk in, and never better than a straightforward permit. Children change the weight on schools by the age of the youngest, and every additional person in the household raises the weight on cost. Flight times are estimated from great circle distance. Net worth trajectory assumes 5% annual return on retained capital and spending scaled to local cost. Net millionaire inflow figures (HNWI, high net worth individuals) are country level, from the Henley Private Wealth Migration Report 2025, which recorded 142,000 millionaire relocations in 2025 and projected 165,000 for 2026. The 2026 edition replaced its inflow and outflow forecasts with a structural competitiveness framework and published no new migration numbers, so the 2025 report is still the current source for these figures. Every number is a starting point for a conversation with counsel, which is what the Private Dossier arranges.
Search any of the passports on the board and compare up to 3. Mobility, the realistic path to hold it, whether you can keep the one you have, and whether it taxes you after you leave.

The city on this page is a default, not your answer. Set your profile in the engine and the dossier rebuilds around you.
Two are closing now, on published dates. Panama's $300K residence floor rises to $500K after 15.10.2026. A Puerto Rico Act 60 decree filed after 31.12.2026 pays 4% instead of 0%. Every door above closed on people who were still deciding. Counsel calls are booked in the order dossiers arrive.
A PDF built from the numbers you entered, comparing your top 3 jurisdictions line by line and naming the one that wins on your case. Roughly 40 pages, in your inbox within 24 hours. One payment, no subscription, nothing to cancel.
The Dossier, plus the structure underneath it: which company holds what, in which country, and the order you move in so the exit tax lands where you want it. Reviewed by counsel admitted in the jurisdiction you choose. 10 working days.
Everything above, plus one desk that runs the move for 12 months. Counsel, bankers, schools, property, every form. You approve decisions, we carry them. By application, and intake is limited because the desk is a person, not a queue.
Not a template with your name on it. Every figure below was computed on the income, the exit and the passports you entered, and it rewrites itself the moment you change one.

No. Patrician is a modeling and introduction service. The engine gives you an indicative ranking on simplified 2026 rules. The dossier turns that into a decision brief and connects you to licensed counsel in the jurisdiction you choose. Counsel signs off, we do not.
It uses headline marginal brackets per jurisdiction, treats US citizens as taxed worldwide, flags special regimes rather than applying them, and ignores social contributions, most deductions, wealth taxes, and treaties. It is built to rank, not to file. The dossier models your case properly.
About 40 pages on your exact profile: modeled tax across your top 3 on your income and your exit, the realistic visa or residence path for the passports you hold, the entity and holding questions to settle before you move, cost of the life, schools, housing corridors, flight times, and the 5 questions to put to counsel before you sign anything. Read a sample.
The Dossier is delivered within 24 hours of payment. The Architecture takes 10 working days because counsel reviews it. The Move is by application and starts with a call.

The ranking is your weights applied to 8 axes: net kept over the horizon you set, safety, schools, sun, distance from home, beauty, cost, and ease of entry. Move a slider and the order changes. Two people with the same income get different answers, which is the point.
One number on the card comes from a single outside source: the net millionaire flow, Henley & Partners' annual estimate of millionaires moving in and out of each country. It is one line per country, so it sits on the card as context, not as a score.
Everything the engine ranks on is built here. Tax is computed from each jurisdiction's own statutory brackets, surcharges, and inbound regimes, applied to your income and your exit, which is why Zug and Zurich give different answers and a headline rate never appears. The visa doors are read from each program's current rules and thresholds, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. Cost of the life, safety, schools, and sun hours are indexed against Zurich at 100 from public records. The wealth signals, watch houses, supercar dealers, and the street index, are scored by us, city by city, from what is actually on the ground.
All of it is indicative for 2026 and changes often. Counsel verifies before you act, which is what the Dossier arranges.
A private desk, not a firm. It exists because the people who can live anywhere get the worst advice: a banker who wants the assets in his booking center, an agent who earns on the property, a program that pays whoever brought you in. Patrician sells none of those. We build the model on your numbers, put counsel in the jurisdiction you choose across the table, and step back. Discretion is the product. No client is named, no case is published, and the desk takes a small number of engagements at a time so each one gets the person who built it.
